From I-40, take Great Smoky Mountains Exit #407

Continue on Hwy. 66 South 9 miles towards Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. (At the main intersection of 411 and Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville, continue straight--do not turn right at this point.) 441 South makes a hard right turn. Continue 3.4 miles through Sevierville to Pigeon Forge. Upon entering Pigeon Forge, traffic lights are numbered. Turn right at traffic light #3 (Hwy 321/Wears Valley Rd., go .6 mile. Turn left between Subway and Exxon Clabough's Market (Valley Heights Drive). Continue up the hill bearing right at waterfall feature. Turn left on BIG BEAR WAY identified by the reflective green street sign (The outdoor pool is on left. No need to stop at Guest Services office-not related to our rentals. Continue up asphalt to second tier. You will find cabins on left. Continue a little further you will find Got It All Y'all 427 also on the left. Going right will lead to 5003 Big Bear Way which is accessible by elevator.

From Hwy 441/Gatlinburg

Continue on 441 North through Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains parkway to Pigeon Forge, where traffic lights will be numbered beginning with #10- Turn left at traffic light #3 (Hwy 321/Wears Valley Rd.) go .6 mile and turn left between Subway and Exxon Clabough's Market (Valley Heights Drive). Continue up the hill bearing right at waterfall feature. Turn left on BIG BEAR WAY identified by the reflective green street sign (The outdoor pool on left-No need to stop at Guest Services office-not related to our rentals. Continue up asphalt to second tier. You will find cabins on your left.

Continue a little further to Got It All Y'all Cabin 427. Going right will lead to 5003 Big Bear Way which is accessible by elevator.
